IF you are 3-4 months behind in your mortgage payments, foreclosure proceedings have more than likely begun.

All of the back payments, penalties and taxes are PAID IN FULL and this REINSTATES your loan. This IMMEDIATELY IMPROVES YOUR CREDIT SCORE and all of the payments will be made on time going forward.
One LAST OPTION is BANKRUPTCY. This will stop a foreclosure in its tracks. But of course there is an additional out of pocket cost for this and it also has serious ramifications on your personal credit.
